PROJECT #3: LANDSCAPE
Cole Thompson photography HERE. (He ROCKS!)
DIRECTIONS
Take one or two (!) rolls of film of landscapes following the examples, rules, and inspiration listed below and in the link provided.
DEVELOPING:
A-Day class: Monday, April 4, 2011.
B-Day class: Tuesday, April 5, 2011.
A RULE ABOUT YOUR HORIZON LINE (FOLLOW IT!)
When you have a horizon line visible in your composition, place it in one of these corresponding lines in the two examples here:
If you place your horizon line perfectly in the center of the composition, or exactly on top or bottom third division line, you will (most likely) have a division of the composition that 'works.'

"Some photographers take reality... and impose the domination of their own thought and spirit. Others come before reality more tenderly and a photograph to them is an instrument of love and revelation."
